The Galaxy S6 Edge is better than the HTC U Ultra, getting a global score of 85.7 against 77. Galaxy S6 Edge's construction is just a little thinner and a lot lighter than the HTC U Ultra, despite of the fact that it was released about 23 months before. The Galaxy S6 Edge has a much better screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a just a bit greater display density.
Galaxy S6 Edge features a quite superior performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU, 4 more processing cores and a 64 bits CPU. HTC U Ultra has a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a much less MP camera, it also counts with a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and video.

The HTC U Ultra counts with just a little better battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
The Galaxy S6 Edge costs more money than HTC U Ultra, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
