The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro's 79.2 global score. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an notably older phone than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but Samsung managed to build it incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner. Galaxy S6 Edge features an incredibly better display than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a better screen density.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro's storage to install games and applications is very similar to the Galaxy S6 Edge one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a little faster processor than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics co-processor.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller sensor providing a worse image quality, a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a much lower 12 megapixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
