Galaxy S6 Edge is better than the LG G3, getting an 85.7 score against 76.4. Galaxy S6 Edge is a newer cellphone, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than the LG G3. Both of these phones include the same Android 5.0 OS. The LG G3 features a little sharper screen than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a quite inferior pixel amount in each screen inch, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution, the LG G3 also counts with a little bigger screen.

The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better performance than LG G3, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has a larger number of cores , a faster GPU running at 650 MHz and a 64-bit CPU.

The LG G3 has a bit superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity. LG G3 shoots better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a less megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a tinier camera sensor shooting lower quality photographs, a way tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting images in low-light environments and a lower video definition.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G3. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some money and buy the LG G3, resigning some specs and features.
