The Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is just a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ's global score of 84.3. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 Edge has 5.0 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an much older phone than LG G8 ThinQ, but it's extremely lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a worse video definition and a camera with a way worse 12 mega pixels resolution, and they both have a 0.38 inches back-facing camera sensor, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a lot bigger camera aperture to take better images and videos in low light environments.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G8 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the LG G8 ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specifications.
