Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is just a bit better than the LG V10, having an 85.7 score against 78.6. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version and LG V10 has Android 5.1. Even when Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and the LG V10 were only released with a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is extremely lighter and somewhat thinner.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better display than LG V10, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a little bit better pixels count per inch in the display. The LG V10 features a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much faster CPU than LG V10, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processor, a graphics co-processor and a higher number of faster cores. LG V10 counts with a little longer battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh.

LG V10 captures greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, a camera with a 16 mega-pixels resolution, the same sensor size and the same video frame rate, the LG V10 also has a bigger aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light environments.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V10. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the LG V10, resigning a couple features and specifications.
