Galaxy S6 Edge is a bit better than LG V40 ThinQ, having a general score of 85.7 against 81.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version and LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10 version. Galaxy S6 Edge is an a lot older cellphone than LG V40 ThinQ, but it's noticeably lighter and a bit thinner anyway.

The Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better display than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a little bit lower 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density. LG V40 ThinQ has a very superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The Galaxy S6 Edge features a bit superior CPU than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits processing unit. The LG V40 ThinQ features better battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.

LG V40 ThinQ has a very superior camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a camera with a way worse 12 megapixels resolution and a lower video resolution, and they both have the same back-facing camera sensor size, the LG V40 ThinQ also counts with a much bigger camera aperture for better low-light captures and videos.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V40 ThinQ. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get LG V40 ThinQ, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
