The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a global score of 85.7, which is a bit better than Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 score. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version and Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14. Although the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is incredibly older than the Motorola Edge (2024), it's body is thinner and extremely lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better performance than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has 5 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processing unit. Galaxy S6 Edge features a little sharper display than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better pixels number per inch of screen.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has a way better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a back-facing camera with much more MP, a bigger diafragm aperture and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. Motorola Edge (2024) has a very superior battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Edge (2024), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Edge (2024). If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Motorola Edge (2024), letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
