The Galaxy S6 Edge is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M20, getting an 85.7 score against 78.9. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S6 Edge is incredibly older than Samsung Galaxy M20, it's body is lighter and somewhat thinner.

Galaxy S6 Edge has a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64-bits processor. Galaxy M20 features a way better battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy M20 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a much lower video resolution, a camera with a worse 13 MP resolution and a smaller camera sensor, they both have a same size aperture.
