The Galaxy S6 Edge is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, getting an 85.7 score against 81.6. Galaxy S6 Edge is a somewhat thinner and much lighter cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, even though they were only released 7 months apart. Both of these phones include the same Android 5.0 OS (operating system).

The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a just a little greater display pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has a 64 bits CPU, a larger number of cores and a much better GPU running at 650 megahertz.

The Galaxy S6 Edge has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 24 percent greater battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Note 4. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy Note 4, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
