Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, with a 98 score against 85.7. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has Android 5.0 version, offering some extra features. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a way newer device than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but it is notably heavier and thicker.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics processor.
