Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy S25 has Android 14. Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra GPU and a 64-bit processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S25 has a greater camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos, a way bigger camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs, a camera in the back with a much higher 50 MP resolution and a way better video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with as much memory capacity for apps and games as Galaxy S6 Edge, they have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a really longer battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S6 Edge costs more than Galaxy S25, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
