Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 general score. Despite of the fact that Galaxy S6 Edge is incredibly older than the Xperia XZ Premium, it's construction is a bit thinner and noticeably lighter. Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better processing unit than Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an additional graphics processor.
The Xperia XZ Premium counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a higher pixel density, a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels and a little bigger screen. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking images and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a larger sensor providing a better image quality and a back camera with a better 19 mega-pixels resolution.
Xperia XZ Premium counts with just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Xperia XZ Premium has better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3230mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
