The Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than Xperia Z4v, getting a overall score of 85.7 against 78.8. The Xperia Z4v captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for shooting photos in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a way better resolution camera in the back and a larger sensor which offers a better photo and video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Sony Xperia Z4v. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Sony Xperia Z4v, giving up a couple specifications.
