Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge is just a bit better than Xiaomi 12 Pro, getting a score of 85.7 against 79.6. Galaxy S6 Edge's design is way lighter and somewhat thinner than Xiaomi 12 Pro, even though it was released 7 years before. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version and Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a really superior performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processing unit. Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit lower 2560 x 1440px resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel density.
Xiaomi 12 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge have really similar memory capacity for games and applications, they have equal internal storage. Xiaomi 12 Pro captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also has a lot bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much more mega pixels back camera and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution.
Xiaomi 12 Pro features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 77 percent larger battery size.
