Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, getting a global score of 85.7 against 78.1. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 Edge has 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy S6 Edge's design is incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, despite of the fact that it was released just a bit further than a year before.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a superior processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor, a higher number of cores and a 64-bit processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a better screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better pixel count per display inch.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking images in low light situations, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a smaller sensor capturing lower quality photographs and videos and a lesser MP back facing camera.
The Galaxy S6 Edge and the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus feature quite similar storage for apps and games, both of them have exactly the same internal storage. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 46 percent larger battery size.
