Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's general score of 81.2. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an older device than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but Samsung was able to make it a little bit thinner and lighter. The Galaxy S6 Edge features a lot better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a GPU and a 64-bits CPU. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a tinier sensor, a worse 3840x2160 video quality, a tinier camera aperture and a way less MP resolution back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a lot bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 31 percent larger battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, giving up a couple features and specifications.
