Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 overall score. These devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an much older device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it is somewhat thinner and lighter anyway.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Galaxy S6 Edge has a quite superior processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a 64 bits processor and a graphics co-processor.
Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a way larger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality, a way higher 48 mega-pixels resolution camera and a bigger aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited environments.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a much longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 93% greater battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, letting go a couple features and specs.
