Comparison review
IPhone 7 is just a bit better than Galaxy S7 Active, having a general score of 81.6 against 75.8. IPhone 7 is a noticeably thinner and incredibly lighter phone than the Galaxy S7 Active, even when both of them were only released 3 months apart. The Apple iPhone 7 features a bit better processor than Galaxy S7 Active, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S7 Active features a more vivid screen than Apple iPhone 7, because although it has much less brightness, it also counts with way more pixels per inch of display, a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a little bit larger screen. IPhone 7 counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing photographs or videos in poorly lited situations, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 video quality.
The Apple iPhone 7 counts with a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S7 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S7 Active. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Apple iPhone 7, else you can save some money and get the Galaxy S7 Active, giving up some specs and features.
