Galaxy Note 5 is slightly better than Galaxy S7 Active, getting a 79.3 score against 75.8. Although Galaxy Note 5 is older than the Galaxy S7 Active, it's construction is a lot thinner and a bit lighter. The Galaxy Note 5 counts with just a bit better screen than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a just a little worse pixels density, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a quite larger display.
Galaxy S7 Active has a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy S7 Active also has a greater number of faster cores. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB.
Galaxy Note 5 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for capturing photos or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
