Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot better than the Galaxy S7 Active, with a overall score of 98 against 75.8. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a noticeably newer and thinner phone than Galaxy S7 Active, but it is somewhat heavier. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
Galaxy S7 Active counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels density. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting images and/or video in low light situations, it also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a SD card slot that admits up to 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with better battery lifetime than Galaxy S7 Active, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, giving up a couple specs and features.
