Comparison review
Galaxy S6 is much better than Galaxy S7 Active, with an 87.4 score against 75.8. Although Galaxy S6 is older than Galaxy S7 Active, it's design is much thinner and extremely lighter. The Galaxy S6 counts with a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, it also counts with more cores , a 64-bit processor and a graphics processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. Both of them have a same size screen, exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px and the same screen pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy S6 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for shooting photos in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a way more megapixels camera in the back.
The Galaxy S6 has a better memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active features a very superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has a 57 percent bigger battery size.
Galaxy S6 costs a little more than Galaxy S7 Active, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
