Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than Galaxy S7 Active, getting an 85.7 score against 75.8. Although the Galaxy S6 Edge is older than Galaxy S7 Active, it's body is thinner and much lighter. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a slightly better display than Galaxy S7 Active. They have exactly the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, the same pixels density and a same size display.
Galaxy S6 Edge features a superior CPU than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU, a 64 bits CPU and a larger number of cores (although slower). The Galaxy S6 Edge has a quite bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Galaxy S7 Active counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 54% more battery size. The Galaxy S7 Active counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much less MP resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger aperture for better images and videos in poorly lited situations.
