The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a general score of 76.6, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active's 75.8 global score. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is just a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, it's thinner and much newer. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active counts with a better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and more pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a better memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photographs or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
