IPhone 11 shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing worse quality videos and photos and a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting pictures and videos in low light situations, and they both have the same resolution camera in the back and the same (4K) video resolution, the iPhone 11 also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.

Although iPhone 11 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S7 edge, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S7 edge. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy S7 edge, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
