Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a global score of 90.9, which is better than the Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 score. Even though Huawei Mate 40 Pro is noticeably newer than the Galaxy S7 edge, it's thicker and incredibly heavier. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has older 10 version and Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy S7 edge features a bit more vivid display than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 4 more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM.
