The Huawei Mate Xs has a global score of 91.6, which is much better than the Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 general score. Even though Huawei Mate Xs is a lot newer than Galaxy S7 edge, it is noticeably heavier and extremely thicker. The Galaxy S7 edge has a little bit better screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per screen inch.
The Huawei Mate Xs has a little faster processor than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Huawei Mate Xs features longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity. The Huawei Mate Xs features a little bit better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei Mate Xs also counts with a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a camera in the back with a lot higher 40 megapixels resolution.
