Galaxy S7 edge has a score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Nokia X100's score of 77.3. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Nokia X100 has Android 11, so it gives you some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Galaxy S7 edge is an older phone than Nokia X100, but Samsung could make it a lot lighter and thinner.

The Galaxy S7 edge has just a bit better display than Nokia X100, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and more pixels per inch in the display. Nokia X100 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.

Nokia X100 features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal storage. Nokia X100 has superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 4470mAh of battery capacity instead of 3600mAh.

The Galaxy S7 edge shoots better pictures and videos than Nokia X100, although it has a lot worse 12 MP resolution back-facing camera.
