Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than OnePlus 8 Pro, getting a score of 78.1 against 77.2. The Galaxy S7 edge is an incredibly older cellphone than OnePlus 8 Pro, but it's notably lighter and just a bit thinner anyway. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a much better display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels and a bigger display.

OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 Pro features a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.

The OnePlus 8 Pro has a greater camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting photos or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with faster video frame rates, a camera with lot more MP and a much larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.

OnePlus 8 Pro counts with longer battery performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 25 percent larger battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Galaxy S7 edge is also by far the cheapest one, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
