Comparison review

Galaxy Fold is a lot better than the Galaxy S7 edge, having a overall score of 97.6 against 78.1. The Galaxy Fold design is notably newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy S7 edge's, but it's noticeably heavier. Both devices we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version, counting with some nice extra features and enhanced performance.

Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a little bit better display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

Galaxy Fold takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier sensor taking worse quality photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same resolution camera, the Galaxy Fold also counts with higher video frame rates and a larger aperture to capture better low light photography and videos.

Galaxy Fold counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Fold features superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 22 percent more battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, resigning a couple specifications.
