Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, having a general score of 78.1 against 76.1. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is older than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, it's construction is just a little thinner and lighter. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
