Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is way better than Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 general score. Even though Galaxy S20 is much newer than the Galaxy S7 edge, it is a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
