Comparison review
Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.4, which is much better than Galaxy S7 edge's 78.1 general score. Galaxy S6's body is just a little bit thinner and lighter than the Galaxy S7 edge, although it was released around 11 months before. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy S6 has a better display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a little bit greater screen density. Galaxy S6 counts with a better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit, an additional graphics processor and a greater number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.
Galaxy S6 counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier camera aperture and a smaller sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a much better 16 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
