Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a little bit better than the Galaxy S7 Active, getting a 78.1 score against 75.8. Although Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and Galaxy S7 Active were released only a few months apart, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is lighter and thinner. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. Both have a Quad-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.
The Galaxy S7 Active has a little sharper display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1440 x 2560 resolution, the Galaxy S7 Active also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density. Galaxy S7 edge takes slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S7 Active. Both of them have a F1.7 aperture, a same resolution back-facing camera, the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate.
The Galaxy S7 Active counts with as much memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge one, both have a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 200 GB and equal internal memory. Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has just a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
