Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 has a general score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S7 edge's general score of 78.1. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a newer and just a little bit lighter cellphone than the Galaxy S7 edge, although it's also just a little bit thicker. The Galaxy S8 features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, a little bit higher pixel amount in each inch of display and a little larger screen.
Galaxy S8 counts with a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB and 32 GB more internal memory. Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy S8 also has a larger number of cores (and also faster).
Galaxy S7 edge features greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 3600mAh battery size. Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S7 edge feature very similar cameras, and although the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a tinier sensor, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a F1.7 diafragm aperture, the same video frame rates and the same resolution camera.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy S8 is also by far the cheapest.
