Sony Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's global score of 78.1. Sony Xperia 1 III is a incredibly newer cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, although it is a little thicker and heavier. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 1 III has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Xperia 1 III has a bit better performance than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 8 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Sony Xperia 1 III has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a little bit greater number of pixels per inch in the screen, a better 1644 x 3840px resolution and a larger display.
Xperia 1 III has much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 III has better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
