Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is a little bit better than the Galaxy S7 edge, getting an 83.8 score against 78.1. Even though Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is newer than the Galaxy S7 edge, it's a little thicker and a lot heavier. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a display that is very similar to the screen in Galaxy S7 edge, because although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a little bit lower 1080 x 2340px resolution and a just a little inferior pixel count in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger display.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a higher number of faster cores and more RAM. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 captures clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photos and a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos in low-light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also counts with faster 60 fps video frame rate and a back facing camera with a higher 12.2 mega pixels resolution.
Galaxy S7 edge features a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has a 13 percent larger battery size.
