Comparison review
Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, with a global score of 78.1 against 77.2. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S7 edge has an older 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Galaxy S7 edge is an a lot older cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, but Samsung managed to make it a bit thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro and Galaxy S7 edge both have extremely similar processing units, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and a higher screen pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have a 12 megapixels back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge also has a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and video, a larger sensor capturing higher quality photos and a much better video resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an 11% more battery capacity.
