Comparison review

The Google Pixel 3 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, getting an 80 score against 79.5. Google Pixel 3's design has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S7, but it's a little lighter. Google Pixel 3 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Google Pixel 3 also has a larger number of cores (and they are faster).

The Samsung Galaxy S7 has a brighter screen than Google Pixel 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher amount of pixels per display inch. Galaxy S7 features more memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 200 GB.

Google Pixel 3's camera is just as good as the camera in Galaxy S7, because although the Google Pixel 3 has a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photos and/or video in low light situations and a tinier camera sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, it also counts with a back facing camera with a better resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 has just a bit better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.

Although Google Pixel 3 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Pixel 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S7, giving up some features and specifications.
