The Samsung Galaxy S7 is a little bit better than Google Pixel 3a, having a 79.5 score against 78.8. The Samsung Galaxy S7 is an a lot older and a little heavier phone than the Google Pixel 3a, but Samsung managed to build it just a little thinner anyway. The Google Pixel 3a has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Google Pixel 3a also has a greater number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560. The Samsung Galaxy S7 features more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 200 GB.
Google Pixel 3a and Galaxy S7 both count with quite similar battery durations.
