Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4 XL has an overall score of 82.9, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7's 79.5 score. Google Pixel 4 XL's design is notably newer than Samsung Galaxy S7's, although it is a lot heavier and just a little thicker. Samsung Galaxy S7 has a bit sharper display than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has a bit lower 1440 x 2560px resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher display density.
Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more processing cores. The Google Pixel 4 XL's camera is just as good as the Galaxy S7 one, because although the Google Pixel 4 XL has a smaller back camera sensor capturing lower quality photos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a F1.7 aperture, it also counts with a higher resolution camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 has a better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB. The Google Pixel 4 XL has improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has a 23% more battery size.
Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Google Pixel 4 XL, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7, resigning some specifications.
