The Galaxy S7 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, getting a global score of 79.5 against 78.7. The Galaxy S7 body is somewhat lighter than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, but it's just a bit thicker and was released just 10 months before. Galaxy S7 features a brighter display than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, the Galaxy S7 also counts with a bit higher pixels density.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S7, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores.
