The Huawei nova 5T is a little bit better than Galaxy S7, getting a overall score of 80.8 against 79.5. The Huawei nova 5T design has the same thickness than the Galaxy S7, but it is heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a much better display than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
Huawei nova 5T counts with a quite bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei nova 5T counts with a little better performance than Galaxy S7, because it has 4 more cores and a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei nova 5T captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei nova 5T also counts with a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a larger sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality.
The Huawei nova 5T counts with longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 3750mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S7. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S7, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
