Comparison review

LG V40 ThinQ has a global score of 81.2, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7's overall score of 79.5. Even though LG V40 ThinQ is somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7, it's just a little bit thinner and a lot newer. Galaxy S7 counts with a bit sharper screen than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better display density.

LG V40 ThinQ features a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory. LG V40 ThinQ features a little better processing power than Galaxy S7, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 4 more CPU cores.

The LG V40 ThinQ shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing lower quality images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with a 12 MP, the LG V40 ThinQ also counts with a bigger camera aperture and faster video frame rates.

LG V40 ThinQ has a little longer battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has a 10% larger battery size.

Although LG V40 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy LG V40 ThinQ, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7, giving up some specifications.
