The Galaxy S7 is slightly better than the Moto G8 Plus, getting a general score of 79.5 against 77.6. The Galaxy S7 construction is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto G8 Plus, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before. The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a much more vibrant screen than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher display pixel density.
Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a much bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G8 Plus has a bit faster processor than Galaxy S7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Moto G8 Plus also has more cpu cores.
The Moto G8 Plus has superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S7, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot better resolution back facing camera.
