Galaxy Fold counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 4 more cores and more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and way more pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Fold has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S7, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
