Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than Galaxy S7, getting a 98.9 score against 79.5. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is incredibly newer, but notably heavier and just a little thicker than the Galaxy S7. Samsung Galaxy S7 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a quite lower 1440 x 2560 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a greater camera than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos, a much higher video definition and a much more megapixels back facing camera.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S7, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7, letting go some specs and features.
