Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than the Galaxy S7's 79.5 general score. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a way newer cellphone than the Galaxy S7, although it's thicker and extremely heavier. The Galaxy S7 features a better screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a bit worse 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen density.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S7, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features much more memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting photos and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality, a much more MP camera in the back and a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a superior battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has a 67 percent bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S7, resigning a couple features and specifications.
