The Sony Xperia PRO-I construction is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7. Xperia PRO-I has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S7 counts with a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia PRO-I, although it has a lot smaller screen, a just a bit lower display density and a much lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
