Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, getting an 81.1 score against 79.5. Although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is noticeably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7, it is much heavier and thicker. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with a way better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a better screen density. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a very superior battery performance than Galaxy S7, because it has a 5020mAh battery size against 3000mAh. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a camera with much more MP and a way bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S7. If you want to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S7, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
