The Apple iPhone 13 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, with a score of 91.5 against 81.9. The Apple iPhone 13 design is noticeably newer, lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. The Apple iPhone 13 has a better processing power than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has less CPU cores , and they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Apple iPhone 13 also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
The iPhone 13 features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a quite lower 1170 x 2532px resolution and a quite worse pixels number in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. The iPhone 13 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the iPhone 13 also has faster 60 fps video frame rates and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos and video.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a little bit better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone 13, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy S8 Active counts with superior battery duration than Apple iPhone 13, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3227mAh.
Although iPhone 13 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S8 Active. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 13, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S8 Active, resigning some specs and features.
